- To receive vehicle , strip down, removing all chrome work , lamps, windscreen, and hood assembly. Further removing, body panels , bonnet, boot lid, doors (removing all furniture ) and front wings . strip out all interior trim seats ,carpet,and dash board.
- Remove engine and transmission unit .
- Strip shell down to bare metal, and ancillary panels , carry out minor welding repairs to the shell, n/s rear quarter lower, o/s sill panel and inner wing area, . Weld in new part panel to o/s front wing to make good, manufacture panel for inner skin on the bonnet. Prepare entire vehicle and paint with a zinc coating to give more corrosion resistance.
- Carry out the same treatment to all ancillary panels , prepare and prime as necessary the entire exterior of vehicle and including engine bay.
- Prepare shell and all panels for paint , then re paint to original colour. (Mallard Green)
- Proceed to rebuild vehicle using all new parts as is listed on the invoice,
- Split engine and transmission unit , remove clutch assembly and flywheel, have the fly wheel refaced , re install along with new clutch assembly and sump gaskets etc.
- Install new interior trim in original colour and new carpet set . Have new hood made in Tan and install to vehicle. Refit re-chromed items as the rear bumper corners, door handles and seat back levers.
- Reinstall Engine and transmission, new master cylinders(brake and clutch), refurb heater box, clean carburettors , replace coolant pipe, track rod ends and steering boots.
- Refit doors bonnet and boot lid and align as necessary.
- Install new windscreen rubbers and glass, replace rubbers to quarter light windows re fit to vehicle .
- Carry out small engine service , bleed braking system, and clutch system , carry out mot , road test.
- Carry out final polish
- Re deliver to customer .
